The collective's name is loosely derived from the concept of the Metaverse and reflects our vision that it won't be a simple game like virtual world but rather the ultimate stage of innovation and digitization. We believe in the combination of the best of both worlds, where the physical world maintains its significance while seamlessly merging with the digital realm.

To emphasize our mission of keeping up with the latest technological innovations, the membership is represented by the ownership of a unique Genesis NFT. Additionally, membership is represented by shares of the Swiss REAL/meta AG, providing further value to our members. If a member chooses to leave the collective, the NFT, and therefore the membership, will be tradeable at a later date.

To ensure a high level of commitment from our members, we require a sign-up fee, which will be used to invest in innovative ideas, projects, and startups. It is important to note that the collective must be clearly distinguished from a fund. The primary objective of the investments is to support promising ideas, projects, and startups while maintaining the value of the membership fees. Any potential gains from our investments will be distributed or reinvested.
